Returns and Replacements
- All orders are returnable within 14 days. After 14 days, all orders are final. No refunds will be offered over this specified time period. However we understand that things do happen and products (once in a while) can have unexpected glitches, so please be rest assured that exchanges are always welcome in these instances and in our galaxy.
- If your device has malfunctioned for any reason upon receipt or arrival, please contact us immediately for return and replacement. We will be happy to replace it immediately, once a return confirmation has been provided for the former.
